WE are the workers who build Encore’s fortune. They are a global leader in our industry, thanks to us. When we go back to work, we need to let them know we are serious about our health and safety, as well as fair wages, benefits, and scheduling.
With so much uncertainty about how our city will reopen and move forward from this crisis, we need to make it clear to Encore that we are not messing around.
That means having IATSE Local 720 in our corner to back us up each step of the way.

Union employees have better healthcare coverage, plus pension and annuity.
Union employees make an average of 30% more than non-union workers.
Unions give employees a voice, negotiating with management on our behalf, and backing us up when we need it (i.e. issues of safety, pay, scheduling, etc.)
We’re stronger together, and we should stand united to ensure the jobs we return to are the jobs that we want.
